Matthew Sparks
General ManagerMeet Matt! He is a jack of all trades when it comes to the restaurant business. Matt is originally from Miami, Florida but has been in Colorado Springs for the last 7 years, just about as long as he has been in restaurant management. He throughly enjoys meeting each and every one of you guests that visit. Matt has also completed Level 1 Sommelier Guild of Sommeliers and sits on the board of Colorado Restaurant Association Pikes Peak Chapter. Also, have you noticed some of the spectacular photos that are featured on our website and social media? That's him! Matt loves to tap into his creative side and grab his camera to play in house photographer.
Matt enjoys hiking Colorado trails with his wife Amber and their two sons, Lincoln and Ben-you can find their furry four legged friend, Lola, chasing behind them. Also fun fact: Matt plays the trumpet and is pretty good.

Ashley Brown
Chef de CuisineAshley has been in the Four family for the last couple of years but her dream to be a chef began when she was just 7 years old. In the last 10 years she has perfected her craft, earning her Bronze in Colorado Springs Independent "Best of Chef" in 2020. Ashley has a passion for learning and a hunger for creativity in the kitchen. When she isn't breaking glass ceilings in the culinary world, she is traveling to explore new places with her husband and two adorable children. And if it's any indication how much Ashley loves her career, she throughly enjoys cooking at home too! Ashley also credits her mother for all of our successes in life and we just can't love that enough. Please be sure to give your compliments to the chef the next time you are in.

Steve Kander
SommelierSommelier Steve Kander is a special addition at Four. Steve is originally from Chicago but has lived in Colorado since he was 10 years old. He has over 40 years of experience in the restaurant business and has been a successful sommelier for the last 12 years. His wine training and education is not only impressive but endless:
WSET level I, II and III
CSW, CWE, American Society of Wine Educators
Certified Sommelier, Court of Master Sommeliers
Graduate Level Sommelier, RNDC
He is personally proud of his passion for pairing food and creating the ultimate experience for guests. When Steve isn't sipping, he enjoys the great outdoors with golf, bowling, fishing and gardening. Steve is also married to his beautiful wife Myra and together they have six amazing children, Kristopher, Maggie, Jordan, Katie, Klaire and Kate and four wonderful granddaughters River, Serein, Espen and Camila.
David Ortiz
Sous ChefDavid is from Orlando, Florida and has been cooking for over 17 years. His butchery skills are top notch and he thoroughly enjoys melding cuisines from home and in the Four kitchen. When David is not cooking he loves fresh and salt water fishing. He also likes to test new dish ideas on his sister and her family because he knows he will get an unfiltered critique, especially from his nieces and nephews.

Camille Aho
Pastry ChefMeet Camille, the sweet behind our sweets! Camille hails from Long Beach, California and has been making desserts for 16 years. She studied baking, pastry and international cuisines with the Art Institute in Switzerland. There she explored and learned in many European kitchens. Covid forced her to think outside of the box and while in Newport Beach, California she made cakes and with what she earned she relocated herself and family to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Camille was ready to leave the restaurant world for a desk job but she just so happened to stop by Four and chat with Chef Brother Luck and the rest is history! She considers herself a 'jack of all things sugar' and can figure out dessert production quickly.
Camille has been married to Robert for 13 years and they share two small replicas, Scarlett and Xander. They love board sports, their zero morph bearded dragon, helping those in need, loving God and people, exploring Colorado, fast skating, and having a passion for melodic metalcore guitar riffs.
Our Cuisine
Our menu is continuously influenced by Four main providers who supply our ingredients; the hunter, the gatherer,
the fisherman and the farmer. These people are truly the beginning of every dish we imagine as the seasons change.
