David is from Orlando, Florida and has been cooking for over 17 years. His butchery skills are top notch and he thoroughly enjoys melding cuisines from home and in the Four kitchen. When David is not cooking he loves fresh and salt water fishing. He also likes to test new dish ideas on his sister and her family because he knows he will get an unfiltered critique, especially from his nieces and nephews.
