Meet Camille, the sweet behind our sweets! Camille hails from Long Beach, California and has been making desserts for 16 years. She studied baking, pastry and international cuisines with the Art Institute in Switzerland. There she explored and learned in many European kitchens. Covid forced her to think outside of the box and while in Newport Beach, California she made cakes and with what she earned she relocated herself and family to Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Camille was ready to leave the restaurant world for a desk job but she just so happened to stop by Four and chat with Chef Brother Luck and the rest is history! She considers herself a ‘jack of all things sugar’ and can figure out dessert production quickly.

Camille has been married to Robert for 13 years and they share two small replicas, Scarlett and Xander. They love board sports, their zero morph bearded dragon, helping those in need, loving God and people, exploring Colorado, fast skating, and having a passion for melodic metalcore guitar riffs.
